Showing the "Edit" button can be enabled by selecting
Menu > mTotal Options Screen > Disable Password then Done > Done to return to the Register Display.

Show the "Submit" Button
Can't see the "Submit Buton".
If you are attempting to use the Keypad to enter the amount received, but don't see the "Submit" button, Tap the Smart Display Screen to clear the Catagory description it is showing. This will "clear" the display and show the "Submit" button when a Keypad value is entered.
